Associated technocrats offers linear scales. It is designed with five bearings on the slide for superior repeatability, high slide, accuracy and long service life. The scale frame is manufactured from anode treated aluminium alloy. The scale head alloy is hard chrome treated for corrosion resistance. The signal wires employ a multiple layer braided net and are guarded with stainless steel shades for waterproof and anti-interference performance. The dust guard and rubber lips are made up of high quality rubber for superior resistance to wear and scratching. They provide minimum friction for the scalehead travel. Integrated construction, excellent dust & water proofing give good performance and long service life. Installation, maintenance & repairs are easy.
